Anyaa
H'redulla
Anyaa
was born and raised in Bath, England.
She immigrated to Canada as a
nineteen-year-old bride and originally
settled in Alberta. After a brief,
abusive marriage, she went back to
England with her daughter until 1976.
At that time she returned to Canada
and made Sudbury her home where she met
her second husband and subsequently
gave birth to two more daughters.

In
1987, her second marriage ended
very abruptly and unexpectedly. It led
to much soul searching, which
precipitated a series of synchronistic
meetings with people who introduced
her to numerous books, modalities,
teachings, and philosophies. Her
divorce turned out to be a catalyst
that changed her life.
Anyaa
became a ‘Seeker of Truth’ and
followed many paths before discovering
that the answers she sought were, in
fact, very simple. This discovery led
to her first book,
Joy Makers: My
Tools for Self-Empowerment. In it,
Anyaa introduces the reader to a
number of simple, down-to-earth, yet valuable
tools that she has utilized time,
after time, after time… ‘Joy
Makers’ as she calls them that she uses to combat
life's challenges or ‘Joy Takers’
that we all
encounter from time to time.
At
about the same time that Anyaa
self-published her book, she met
Peter
Graham who had recently gone
through the same process with his
first novel, Miracle
in the Park. They decided to
join forces and founded Petnyaa
Self-Publishing Services in March 2005
to assist other writers publish their
own books.
As a
partner in Petnyaa, Anyaa has guided many
clients through the self-publishing
maze. To introduce other writers to
the process, she has given
seminars on the subject and recently
wrote a new book entitled
So...
you're thinking of self-publishing
which is available on this site.
Anyaa
has moved around a great deal during
her life, including six months in
Thailand, but in January 2000, she
made Cambridge, Ontario her home to be
near her three daughters, two
granddaughters, and one grandson.
